KC Fusion has adopted an academy format for our competitive program beginning with the 2011/2012 seasonal soccer year. The top rated players within each age group will be considered to be a part of the academy team for that age. These players will be coached by the most experienced/qualified coaches within our Club’s coaching ranks. The expectation is to play at the highest appropriate level within the Heartland Soccer Association league, whether that is at their age group or in an upper age group.

To enhance their continued development, Academy teams will play at age group appropriate competition for tournaments and at their age for State Cup competition.  The academy team does come with a higher commitment in terms of time, fees and travel.
