Game Reschedules

MUSC Game Rescheduling Policy

(For NON-WEATHER Related Games)

·      Teams are allowed 2 reschedules per season. 

·      Non-Rain out games cannot be rescheduled to the rainout weekend.

·      Games can be rescheduled at the request of a coach, but the request must be made on or before Tuesday – 11 days prior to the game weekend and finalized by Friday – 7 days prior to the game weekend.

·      You will be charged a $30 fee for U7 and U8 teams or a $75 fee for U9 and above teams to reschedule a game once this window has passed. If payment is not made you must play the game or forfeit.  This is for U7 and above only.

To request a game schedule change: (ONLY THE HEAD COACH MAY REQUEST A GAME SCHEDULE CHANGE)

1.   Call the office at 913-721-8370 to get opposing coaches contact information.

2.   Once opposing team agrees to reschedule you must submit the RESCHEDULING REQUEST FORM, which includes 3 days that work for BOTH teams.

PLEASE NOTE:  YOU MUST HAVE CONTACTED, AGREED AND SELECTED 3 DAYS THAT WORK FOR BOTH COACHES BEFORE SUBMITTING THIS FORM!!!

Once this is complete, both teams will receive an email verifying the change is complete and your schedule online will be updated.

If for some reason, you discover past the reschedule deadline that you will not be able to play for any reason, please inform the opposing coach and email your scheduler so that opposing players and referees can be notified.
